Golden delicious was evaluated. <em>Erwinia amylovora</em> strains were isolated from blighted samples collected from Karaj, Qazvine, Mashhad and Neishabur. After identification using biochemical/ physiological tests and PCR, a mixture of four strains was used as inoculum. Golden delicious plantlets were propagated in MS medium supplemented with BAP and NAA and sprayed with Bion, distilled water and streptomycin and inoculated using two different methods.  Based on the result, inoculation using shoot cutting method resulted in a higher blight severity than leaf cutting method.  Having no bactericidal activity, Bion treatment reduced fire blight severity at a level comparable to streptomycin.  Accordingly, it is conculded that Bion elicitor can control fire blight in the most prominent apple cultivar of the country, cv. Golden delicious. <strong>در این تحقیق، اثر ماده محرک سیستم‌های دفاعی</strong><strong>گیاه با نام بیون </strong><strong>(Acibenzolar-S-methyl, Bion)</strong><strong> بر شدت بیماری سوختگی آتشی (آتشک) در سیب رقم </strong><strong>Golden delicious</strong><strong> بررسی شد. سویه‌های باکتری </strong><strong><em>Erwinia</em></strong><strong> <em>amylovora</em></strong><strong> از نمونه‌های آلوده مناطق قزوین، مشهد، نیشابور و کرج جداسازی و پس از شناسایی، مخلوط چهار سویه به عنوان مایه تلقیح به کار برده شد. گیاهچه‌های سیب در محیط </strong><strong>MS</strong><strong> حاوی </strong><strong>BAP</strong><strong> و </strong><strong>NAA</strong><strong>، با بیون، استرپتومایسین و آب مقطر محلول پاشی و سپس به دو روش ته بر کردن ساقه و برش برگ، مایه‌زنی شدند. براساس نتایج، مایه‌زنی با ته بر کردن بلایت شدیدتری ایجاد کرد. تیمار بیون بدون بروز اثر مستقیم باکتری‌کشی، شدت بلایت را در سطح قابل رقابتی با استرپتومایسین کاهش داد. بر این اساس، به نظر می‌رسد ماده محرک بیون بتواند در کنترل بیماری آتشک در سیب رقم گلدن دلیشز که رقم غالب کشور است، مؤثر باشد.</strong> https://ijpp.areeo.ac.ir/article_16882_727d55be0aa883a0ae4cd1e67edbc6f5.pdf
