سازگاری میسلیومی جدایه‌هایMacrophomina phaseolina در ایران

چکیده

Macrophomina phaseolina  عامل بیماری پوسیدگی زغالی، با تنوع میزبانی زیاد می­باشد که تنوع وسیع فنوتیپی درون گونه­ای را نشان می­دهد. از آنجائی که تشخیص هتروژنی درون گونه­ای این قارچ بر اساس فاکتورهای فنوتیپی محدود است. بررسی گروه­های سازگار میسلیومی (MCG’s) به عنوان روش مناسبی برای تعیین تنوع درون گونه­ای معرفی شده است. در این تحقیق سازگاری میسلیومی 113 جدایه M. phaseolina  از مناطق مختلف کشور و میزبان­های مختلف بررسی شد. بر اساس نتایج، 33 گروه سازگار میسلیومی شناسایی شد. که نشان دهنده وجود تنوع ژنتیکی زیاد در میان جدایه­های قارچ بود. همچنین در این مطالعه ارتباطی بین گروه­های سازگار میسلیومی شناسایی شده با پراکنش جغرافیایی جدایه­های قارچی و میزبان آن­ها وجود نداشت. تحقیق حاضر اولین مورد از بررسی تنوع ژنتیکی جدایه­های M. phaseolina در ایران با استفاده از شناسایی گروه­های سازگاری میسلیومی است.
