توصیف گونه Pratylenchus elamini Zeidan and Geraert, 1991 از ایران

چکیده



برای شناسایی این گونه از کلید گرارت (Geraert, 2013) استفاده شد که با گونه P. elamini و با توصیف اصلی آن مطابقت کامل نشان می‌دهد. گونه P. elamini اولین بار از سودان توسط زیدان و گرارت (Zeidan and Geraert, 1991) گزارش گردید. در خلاصه مقاله ارائه شده توسط رشنو بنه عباسی و همکاران (1397) تنها به نام این گونه در لیست نماتدهای شناسایی شده اشاره شده است. در این مطالعه این گونه برای اولین بار از ایران از اطراف ریشه چمن از شهرستان ایجرود در استان زنجان شناسایی و توصیف می‌گردد.

Our population identified by Geraert key (2013) as Pratylenchus elamini and agree well for most of the morphometrics and morphological aspects with the original description. This species has been originally described from Sudan by Zeidan and Geraert (1991). Rashno Bone Abbasi et al. (2018) only mentioned to Pratylenchus elamini name in list of identified species associated with citrus orchards in Dezful and Andimesk. In present study this species identified in rhizosphere of grass in Ijroud, Zanjan province and described for the first time from Iran.
